Already more than twenty years my challenge is to teach employees and their leaders how to dialogue with each other in a open space circle work in stead of “heady" meetings. To make the transfer more easy I developed a seven step format, called collaborative circles. The format is a synthesis of all kinds of circle work. It includes the importance of the setting, the authentic encounter and most important also the knowledge creation and participation in the larger whole of the organisation and society. It is based on an integral holarchic worldview. After twenty minutes I will open the space to have a dialogue on the collaborative circle format.
